Stock Coordinator Job

Our company is seeking a skilled Stock Coordinator to join our team. As a Stock Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating freight bookings, managing stock movement, and creating dispatch documents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate freight bookings
  • Manage stock movement
  • Create dispatch documents
  • Prepare daily operational documents
  • Maintain stock levels to prevent overstocking and running out of stock for both internal and external storage
  • Enter daily data into the system
  • Reconcile freight invoices
  • Create purchase order
  • System good receiving
  • Track and trace both inbound and outbound freight
  • Participate in monthly stocktake activity
  • Production and printing of month end reports

Requirements:

  • Excellent administrative skills, focusing on accuracy and attention to detail
  • Excellent organisation and communication skills both verbal and written
  • Must be consistent, reliable, punctual, and efficient in your work
  • Must be proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of inventory, logistics and transport industry would be advantageous
  • SAP B1 experience preferably
