Global Immigration Consultant Role

The role entails providing strategic advice to clients on immigration compliance, helping them navigate complex regulations and requirements.

  • Deliver high-quality immigration services, including visa applications, work permits, residence permits, extensions, short-term business traveller deployment, and diagnostic reviews of immigration compliance with relevant authorities.
  • Offer expert guidance to client organisations in understanding and meeting immigration compliance standards.
  • Support clients in sponsoring overseas nationals to work in their businesses and represent them in matters related to sponsorships, visa refusals, and cancellations.
Key Requirements
  • Professional Background: A registered migration agent or legal practitioner with 2–4 years of experience in a legal or professional services environment, possessing strong knowledge of immigration fundamentals and processes.
  • Work Style & Capabilities: Skilled at managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines, with the ability to prioritise effectively while working independently or collaboratively.
  • Mindset & Approach: Passionate about process-driven work, with a strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward continuous improvement.
