Contract Cleaning Specialist

Maintaining high standards of cleanliness is a crucial aspect of this role, as you will be responsible for ensuring our clients' premises meet their expectations.
Main Responsibilities:
- Clean and maintain all areas of the premises, including offices, kitchens, and bathrooms.
- Empty trash and recycling bins regularly to prevent overflow.
- Restock essential items like toilet paper, soap, and paper products.
- Perform deep cleaning tasks such as carpet shampooing and window cleaning to keep facilities in excellent condition.
- Work independently with minimal supervision to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Requirements:
- Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends to accommodate client needs.
- Reliable transportation to and from work sites.
- Valid Australia Work Authorisation is preferred but not mandatory.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a cleaner or in a related field demonstrates a strong understanding of cleaning practices and techniques.
- Familiarity with various cleaning products and equipment enhances efficiency in daily tasks.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills ensure a positive experience for clients and colleagues alike.
