Holiday Programme Educators Wanted

We are seeking exceptional educators to work in our Out of School Hours Care (OSHC) service as Casual Responsible Persons.
About the PositionThis role is designed for individuals who want to take their skills to the next level and lead a team of educators to deliver engaging programs and activities for children aged 5-12 years during our Holiday Program (Vacation Care).
The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that children receive the highest quality care, education, and fun while fostering positive relationships with children, families, school staff, and the wider community.
Your Skills and Qualifications- A natural leader with excellent communication, interpersonal, and organisational skills
- Adequate knowledge and understanding of the provision of education and care to children
- A relevant teaching degree, diploma in early childhood education and care or similar qualification
Our organisation provides extensive ongoing training and mentoring to support your professional development. You will also receive paid first aid and CPR training, child protection training, and above award casual rates plus allowances.
