Job Overview

The Cleanliness Operations Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring the village and resident homes maintain exceptional cleanliness standards.

This position is a front-facing role, responsible for leading the cleaning team, maintaining high standards of cleanliness, creating positive relationships with residents, and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for residents.

  • Assist in planning, organizing, and directing cleaning staff to ensure efficient operations, including rooms, public areas, stock control, and administration.
  • Review and adjust domestic cleaning rostering to optimize service efficiency and best utilize available resources.
  • Conduct proactive routine checks on common areas to maintain high levels of cleanliness standards.
  • Effectively manage weekly rosters and daily timesheets.
  • Control cleaning stock, communicate with suppliers, and place orders according to par levels.
  • Collaborate with the Facilities Manager to complete daily work allocations and conduct daily briefings with housekeeping attendants.
