Project Management is a dynamic field that requires strategic thinkers to manage and administer contracts according to established processes.

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead our installation teams in maintaining approved site programs, attending site meetings, and exercising line authority over allocated labor.

The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Building or Engineering and/or an Electrical or Mechanical Trade Certificate, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in project management of Lift and Escalator installations.

This role involves engaging frequently with stakeholders within Sales, New Equipment, Contract Management, Builders, Consultants, and other project stakeholders. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential for this position.

Key responsibilities include managing resource plans, setting objectives and priorities, assigning tasks, and reviewing performance and staffing requirements.

The successful candidate will be a self-starter who can work safely and efficiently in a dynamic environment, able to work autonomously and in a team with minimal supervision.
