We are looking for a leader who knows how to win business, deliver excellence, and inspire a team. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of sales & event leadership experience in the hospitality industry, with a proven track record of achieving revenue and event success.
- Experience managing multi-site operations.
- Familiarity with event management systems (Tripleseat, EventDraw).
As a key member of our team, you will lead the sales and events strategy across multiple venues, growing revenue through corporate, community, and accommodation sales. You will oversee end-to-end event delivery – from concept to execution – build and nurture long-term client and partner relationships, and deliver commercial insights, budgets, and performance reporting.
The RoleYou will be responsible for leading a high-performing sales & events team, mentoring and developing team members to achieve their full potential. Our company culture values creativity, teamwork, and dedication to delivering exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the sales and events strategy across multiple venues.
