Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our team in Victor Harbor and Noarlunga. As a key member of our team, you will provide outstanding customer service, manage complex medical administration processes, and contribute to the success of our organisation.

Responsibilities
  • Greet clients, attend to counter and telephone enquiries
  • Cover reception, undertake general administration duties, including booking client appointments, processing claims, data entry, and monthly reports
  • Liaise extensively with clients of all ages, some with complex needs, as well as with clients from multicultural and Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds
  • Perform minor hearing aid repairs and troubleshoot hearing device issues
  • Assist audiologists with the provision of clinical services by proactively identifying client needs, offering professional advice, and demonstrating the use of hearing aids
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will have:

  • Experience as a proactive problem solver with a desire to accept responsibility and take ownership of your work;
  • Intermediate/advanced level computer literacy;
  • A desire to work within an organisation that contributes to the greater good and provides genuinely rewarding work, making a difference to the lives of our clients and their families.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $45-$55 per hour, plus a generous 15.4% superannuation contribution. You will also enjoy flexible work arrangement opportunities to support your work, personal, and family needs.
