Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver quality individualized nursing care to residents, including complex care needs such as wound and pain management.
- Supervise staff on the floor to ensure that care provided delivers excellence in customer service to our residents.
- Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to stay up-to-date with best practices in aged care.
Requirements:
- Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification with a minimum 6 months post-graduate experience.
- Current AHPRA registration.
- At least 6 months experience in Aged Care as a Registered Nurse.
- Ability to work morning, afternoon, and night shifts on both weekdays and weekends.
- Excellent clinical knowledge and skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with residents, their families, and staff.
