About the Role

Eldercare Inc is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Sash Ferguson in Mount Barker. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality individualized nursing care to residents with complex care needs, including wound and pain management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver quality nursing care to residents with complex care needs
  • Supervise staff on the floor to ensure excellent customer service to residents
  • Work across various shifts, including morning, afternoon, and night shifts on weekdays and weekends
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to residents
  • Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance clinical knowledge and skills
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Nursing or equivalent qualification
  • Current AHPRA registration
  • At least 6 months post-graduate experience in Aged Care
  • Excellent clinical knowledge and skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
