About the Role">

The global talent development manager plays a pivotal role in conceptualizing and executing international strategic initiatives during a transformative phase of the organization.

This position focuses on tactical execution of human resources projects with opportunities to develop strategic workforce initiatives, based on business requirements.

">Key Responsibilities">
  • ">
  • Improve employee lifecycle processes, focusing on effective onboarding and talent growth.">
  • Maintain and enhance HR information systems for accurate data, up-to-date information, successful audits, and precise reporting.">
  • Collaborate with finance and legal teams on headcount planning, remuneration reviews, equity programs, and compliance.">
  • Manage vendor and benefit renewals.">
  • Stay current with international employment laws and regulations in key regions.">
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and employment practices, advising leadership on best practices and areas of risk.">
  • Complete annual policy review processes, ensuring compliant and reflective policies are available to employees.">
  • Prepare information for board reporting and audits.">
  • Develop and implement the IR performance management process.">
  • Work with executive leadership to develop and roll out company OKRs and KPIs.">
  • Mentor and coach managers on high-performance management and addressing performance issues.">
  • Educate leadership on international employment frameworks, workplace risks, and global compliance.">
  • Act as an escalation point for employee questions, feedback, and issues.">
  • Escalate and resolve employee issues consistently and compliantly.">
  • Manage internal employee communications cadence.">
  • Develop and ensure adherence to standard interview processes for a positive candidate experience.">
  • Cultivate a network of candidates for open requirements throughout the year.">
  • Complete succession planning exercises to understand talent risks and create plans to develop internal talent.">
  • Identify capability gaps and develop strategies to address them.">
  • Manage, coach, and develop a team of global direct reports towards high performance.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications">
  • ">
  • 7+ years of experience in HR business partnering with 2+ years of experience managing a global HR team.">
  • Strong business partnering and advising experience, working closely with senior and executive leadership in a global role.">
  • Expert knowledge of HR organizational policies and practices, design, trends, best practice, and future direction.">
  • Experience in small to mid-sized businesses undergoing growth and/or transformation strongly preferred.">
  • Experience in public companies strongly preferred.">
  • Management, leadership, team building, consulting, influencing, and negotiation skills.">
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and able to pivot quickly in transformational environments.">
  • Take initiative, drive continuous improvement, and think two steps ahead.">
  • Client-centric, effective communicator, and able to communicate with diverse audiences.">
