About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Clerical in Charge to lead our Radiology Administration Team at South Coast Radiology.

As the CIC, you will work closely with the Radiographer in Charge to ensure the reception team provides exceptional service to our patients and referring doctors.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Diary management and patient data entry
  • Practice revenue cycle management
  • Training and supporting the reception team

This is a full-time permanent position working across a 9-day fortnight.

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Experience in a similar role or in a healthcare administration environment
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
