Key Leadership Position:

The Customer Operations Director will oversee end-to-end order processing, issue resolution, and client onboarding. This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as expertise in supply chain processes, CRM, ERP & inventory systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire order cycle, from receipt to delivery
  • Develop key distributor relationships and maintain service excellence
  • Lead demand planning, forecasting, and inventory control
  • Collaborate across internal teams (Sales, Quality, Warehouse, and more)

Requirements:

  • A solid background in operations, logistics, or project management
  • 3+ years' experience in customer or business operations
  • Proficiency in supply chain processes, CRM, ERP & inventory systems
  • A qualification in Business, Logistics, Project Management, or a related field is preferred
