Greyfield, a data-driven commercial real estate advisory business specialising in leasing, repositioning and managing shopping centres, large format retail assets and high exposure commercial property, is seeking a dynamic leader to build and own the sales function from day one.

The Opportunity

As Head of Retail Sales, you will lead and grow our sales function across NSW, representing prime retail development sites and completed retail assets. You will work closely with our leasing and management teams to deliver bankable, tenant-secured assets and drive off-market transactions with total focus on value, not volume.

We are looking for a proven closer in retail property sales who is commercially aggressive, highly strategic and independently driven. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with landlords, developers and high-net-worth investors and have deep confidence in yield metrics, cap rates, value-uplift and tenant covenants.

This is not a traditional agent role. It's a leadership position where you'll own the sales function from day one, backed by our data, deal flow and market control.

  • Proven experience in retail property sales.
