Job Role:

We are seeking a Service Coordinator to ensure seamless execution and contract adherence.

You will act as the primary contact for clients throughout job preparation, execution, and close-out phases. You will also ensure that assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon, and coordinate and monitor all job activities as outlined in managing the Job Cycle across organizational boundaries.

In addition, you will oversee and coordinate activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration, and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Act as primary contact for client for job preparation, execution, and close out.
  2. Conduct all activities in line with our non-negotiables, applicable processes, and cultural pillars.
  3. Ensure the assigned contracts/quotes are fully understood and capitalized upon.
  4. Coordinate and monitoring all job activities as outlined in managing the Job Cycle across organizational boundaries.
  5. Oversee and supervising activities of service or technical personnel via personnel assignments, job or project management, administration, and technical support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or relevant experience.
  • Minimum 5 years of prior experience working in Wellbore Intervention.
  • Demonstrate relevant experience in supervision, coordination of Wellbore Intervention (Conventional Fishing, Casing Exit, Wellbore Clean Up, Decommissioning & Through Tubing Fishing) Operations.
