Job Description

Our client is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Supply Chain Manager to lead and optimize their supply chain operations. This is a fantastic opportunity for a strategic thinker with strong leadership skills to make a significant impact in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supply Chain Management: Oversee the end-to-end flow of goods, ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain optimal stock levels and prevent shortages or excess inventory.
  • Transportation Coordination: Manage transport methods, routes, and schedules for timely deliveries.
  • Warehouse Operations: Supervise storage, organization, and inventory control.
  • Supplier Relations: Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers to ensure timely material delivery.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track KPIs and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and support logistics staff to ensure smooth operations.
  • Compliance Management: Ensure products meet local and global compliance standards.
The Successful Applicant

The ideal candidate for the Supply Chain Manager position should be based in Brisbane and come with clear and proven experience of high-level delivery in a similar role. In addition, you should be able to meet the following criteria:
