Warehouse Material Transport Specialist

We are seeking reliable and experienced forklift operators to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for safely operating forklifts to transport materials efficiently.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Load and unload containers using manual and mechanical equipment
- Ensure all products are secured and stored properly
- Conduct inspections of containers and products for damage.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times
- Collaborate with the team to meet loading and unloading targets.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**

- Must be over the age of 18
- Must have a valid driver's license and means of transportation.
- Ability to hold, maintain, and/or obtain a forklift license
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics environment is an asset but not required
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks - 10-25kgs
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
- Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.

**What We Offer:**

- Competitive pay and benefits - incentivized pay rates. We offer a piece-rate structure, with a minimum base rate of $32.38 per hour. However, since it is a piece award rate structure, you have the potential to earn between $32.38 to $40 per hour, and potentially even more.

**Job Details:**

Pay: $40.16 - $45.00 per hour
