Our dynamic team seeks a dedicated Secretary to support a national law firm's Pro Bono initiative.

The Opportunity

We are recruiting a highly organized individual to manage staff appointments, across different time zones and offices, and assist partners and lawyers in managing the pro bono matter life cycle.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate financial records and track expenses against approved budgets.
  • Coordinate firm attendance at client events and conferences.

The Requirements

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A valid work visa in Australia.
  • No current study commitments.
  • 3+ years of administrative experience.
  • Previous Legal Assistant experience is preferred.
  • A genuine interest in Pro Bono responsibility.
  • Demonstrated organization, communication, and teamwork skills.
