Requirements

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the resources and infrastructure markets.
  • Recognised training in occupational health and safety (OHS) or workplace health and safety (WHS).
  • Experience in risk assessment and incident investigation, with a strong understanding of safety protocols and procedures.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and mediation skills to effectively influence stakeholders and build positive relationships.
