About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Coordinator to join our team in Brisbane. As a key member of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be responsible for coordinating and supporting the recruitment process, maintaining employee records, and providing support for HR projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain and update employee records to support the recruitment selection process
  • Support TA Advisors with the processing of new employee onboarding and current employee change of conditions
  • Coordinate and assist in the induction program
  • Liaise with hiring managers in relation to advertising requirements
  • Assist with the issuing of employment contracts and letters
  • Monitor Group Mailbox and respond to enquiries from employees and hiring managers
  • Participate in a range of HR Projects and tasks requiring HR involvement and expertise
  • Ensure 100% data integrity of HR Information systems
Requirements
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g. HR Management/Systems) at Diploma or Certificate IV level, and 1-2 years' experience in a human resources role
  • High level attention to detail and accuracy
  • Well developed and effective written communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong computer skills, particularly using Excel and Power Point
  • Previous Workday and/or Springboard use and experience is an advantage
  • Ability to prioritize work and operate within tight deadlines
  • Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaborate as part of a team
  • Flexible and adaptable in a busy environment
  • Must be pro-active in identifying risk, problem solving and process improvement
