As a seasoned program manager, you will oversee the execution of complex projects from initiation to closure. Your primary focus will be on aligning project goals with client objectives and delivering results within scope.
This role requires a strong leader who can manage internal and external stakeholders, identify risks, and drive continuous improvement in program delivery.
The ideal candidate should possess at least 10 years of experience in program or project management, with a proven track record of account delivery management and relationship development.
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead the delivery of large-scale programs, ensuring alignment with client expectations and business outcomes.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in pre-sales and contracting, with a demonstrated ability to develop proposals and negotiate contracts.
Responsibilities- Manage and oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
- Develop detailed program plans, setting clear milestones, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Lead large-scale programs across multiple disciplines and stakeholders, delivering results within scope, budget, and timeline.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
