Located in the heart of the beautiful Western Downs in Queensland, we are seeking a qualified and experienced Secondary Industrial Design and Technologies (IDT) and Industrial Technologies Skills (ITS) Teacher to join our academic community.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for teaching IDT and ITS subjects to students from Year 7-10 and Year 11-12 respectively, with the option to teach another subject for a full-time position. They will also be required to develop engaging lesson plans, assess student progress, and contribute to the development of curriculum materials.
To be successful in this role, you will have a passion for teaching IDT and ITS, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will need to:
- Be able to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment that fosters academic excellence and promotes student growth and development.
- Have a strong commitment to Christian values and be able to integrate these into your teaching practices.
