The Administration Officer will be responsible for providing professional reception and administrative services on a casual basis for Clare Hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring compliance with relevant Medical Records standards, accurate data entry, and undertaking a range of administrative office tasks.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service and respond to customer enquiries in a timely and effective manner.
- Develop and foster a work culture promoting customer service excellence.
- Backfill reception, theatre, and aged care duties as required.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Perform a range of administrative office tasks, including but not limited to, answering phones, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
- You will be customer-focused and committed to quality client services.
- You will have highly developed and effective interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal).
- You will be a problem solver and able to work autonomously and as part of a team.
- You will be positive and adaptable to change.
- You will have strong time management skills.
