Lead Knowledge Management System Introduction

AustralianSuper is seeking a Senior Manager to lead the introduction of a knowledge management system and function.

The role will report to the Business Enablement Lead and initially sit within a program implementing the future AustralianSuper member service model. The successful candidate will establish the Knowledge Management and Capability Team, introducing a document repository for Fund Services that enables consistent training and access to information.

This position requires autonomy and collaboration in a team environment where ideas are explored with enthusiasm. A previous experience in establishing knowledge management frameworks and repositories is essential, along with expertise in administering knowledge management tools for a large organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop user-friendly documentation.
  • Engage leaders to upskill their teams.
  • Lead the planning and implementation of the knowledge management function.
  • Build the function and team from the ground up.
