The primary objective of this role is to spearhead business development initiatives, driving growth through client partnerships and innovative sales strategies.
- Client Engagement: Develop in-depth knowledge of clients' businesses and communicate their value proposition effectively to potential customers.
- Sales Promotion: Conduct targeted outreach, schedule qualified appointments, and maintain a consistent flow of leads through the sales pipeline.
- Partnership Building: Identify new channels and collaborations that can expand clients' market presence.
- Performance Monitoring: Track progress regularly, provide results-oriented reports, and continuously seek opportunities for improvement.
This position requires a strong, proactive attitude, excellent interpersonal skills, emotional intelligence, and a solutions-focused mindset. The ideal candidate will possess 1-2 years of sales experience and be seeking career advancement in a fast-paced environment.
We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary and an OTE of $120,000. You'll gain valuable experience working alongside industry leaders who trust us to handle their growth.
