We are seeking a detail-oriented Compliance and Verification Officer to join our team.

Job Summary

The Compliance and Verification Officer will be responsible for conducting thorough verifications of employment history, education qualifications, and professional memberships in accordance with established processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage missing information and additional information in accordance with operations procedures.
  • Record all information relating to verifications on the National Crime Check platform, including all mandated attempts in real-time.
  • Ensure accurate and timely recording of operational logs.
  • Monitor turnaround times and ensure compliance with standard operational processes and service level agreements.
  • Identify potential delays/issues that may impact turnaround times and report them to the manager immediately.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Able to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality.
