Cyber Security Manager

As a Cyber Security Manager at Darktrace, you will be responsible for driving usage, adoption, renewal, and expansion of Darktrace products, and growing Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR).
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing a regional team, including Team Leads, and reporting to the Director of Success.
- Executing strategic plans to achieve commercial targets, including Point of View (POV) quota and pipeline generation for the team.
- Providing exceptional leadership, vision, and support to empower individual teams and upholding a strong team culture.
- Acting as the primary escalation point for the team to the Director, orchestrating resources across the company as appropriate.
- Participating in corporate development methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria for projects, programs, and people to identify and address gaps in skills and resources.
- Leading the creation and development of collaborative content, including guidelines, templates, best practices, and sharing responsibility for the direction of the region/segment.
- Sharing responsibility with the Director for hiring needs of the team within the assigned region, participating in upskilling and scaling the team, and ensuring high-quality training and effective oversight of onboarding supported by the Team Lead.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of sales or customer success experience, with a proven track record of managing customer relationships and driving renewals.
- 1-2+ years of management experience with a proven track record of driving success.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Strong technical and commercial acumen.
- Possession of a passion and enthusiasm for Cybersecurity, Customers, and Darktrace.

- Collaborating with sales and marketing to create and optimize the upsell and cross-sell strategies the CS team uses to increase ROI.
