Project Manager - Renovation Specialist

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in renovation project management, with experience in construction site management.

  • Responsibilities:
    • Procure materials for each stage of the project;
    • Review and prepare site reports, designs and drawings;
    • Conduct quality and safety inspections;
    • Solve day-to-day problems and address any issues that arise;
    • Liaise with clients and provide regular updates to staff and stakeholders;
    • Maintain quality control checks;
    • Monitor build costs and project progress;
    • Lead and motivate the workforce;
    • Supervise construction workers and hire subcontractors as needed;
    • Utilize specialist project management software;
    • Work on-site in all weather conditions or in a site office.
Requirements:
  • A degree in a relevant field or at least five years of experience in construction site management.
