About the RoleWe are seeking experienced Disability Support Workers to join our team in providing home and community access services. As a Disability Support Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our participants in their daily lives, including:
- Assisting with daily living activities, such as meals and personal care
- Providing support with everyday household tasks
- Facilitating meaningful engagement within their home and community environments
You will work collaboratively with our team to develop and implement individualized support plans that promote the independence and well-being of our participants.
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will possess:
- Clear and effective communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record management
- Initiative and self-motivation
- A positive and professional approach
- Flexibility and availability to work a variety of shifts
Relevant qualifications are highly desirable, but we are also open to considering individuals with the right attitude and willingness to learn.
