We're proud of our work on the Bushmaster and Hawkei platforms, and we're looking for skilled professionals to join our team. As a Bushmaster Maintenance Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and performance of our vehicles.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your valuable trade skills in a world-class workshop environment. You'll work as part of a wider team of trade professionals to carry out servicing and repairs to allocated vehicles, collaborate with other teams to deliver against commitments, and mentor upcoming trade professionals to develop their skills.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Carry out servicing and repairs to allocated vehicles, following set processes and quality standards.
  • Collaborate with the wider team, including Team Leaders, Maintenance Planners, Project Managers, Logistics, HSE, and other Leaders, to deliver against commitments and ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Mentor upcoming trade professionals to develop their skills and capabilities.
  • Role model all things Safety and proactively highlight potential risks within a culture focused on people.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will have relevant trade qualifications (Heavy Vehicle preferred), strong technical knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and a proven ability to follow set processes. They'll be a team player, natural problem solver, and have a high attention to detail in everything they do. A Defence security clearance is required for this role, and applicants must be Australian citizens eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
