Craft Supervisor - Cranes and Rigging

As a Craft Supervisor, you will oversee a team of professionals and coordinate their activities to ensure the successful completion of projects. Your leadership skills and ability to direct work schedules will be essential in achieving project objectives.

Responsibilities:

  • Direct and supervise craft professional activities and work schedules.
  • Coordinate subcontractor work activities and team development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 8-10 years of relevant experience or 12-14 years of relevant work experience.
  • Bechtel Certified Rigging Engineer (CRE) certification is preferred.

Key Skills:

  • Sound knowledge and experience in RT, all terrain and crawler cranes.
  • Advanced technical knowledge and experience in engineering in the use of lifting equipment, alternative heavy lifting systems, mobile gantries, jacking, tailing, rigging equipment, and load distribution systems.

Working Environment:

The Pluto Train 2 Project is a major hazard facility, and this position requires working in a non-smoking environment. You must be able to wear standard issued Personal Protection Equipment (PPE) for each assigned task.

This position involves extensive walking, climbing ladders, working at heights, and using personal fall arrest equipment. You will also be required to work variable shifts, including days, nights, and weekends.
