We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physiotherapist to join our team in a rotating Grade 1 Full-Time Fixed Contract role.
This is an excellent opportunity for a new graduate or experienced Physiotherapist to work in a supportive environment and expand their skills and knowledge in a variety of settings.
The successful candidate will be part of a multi-disciplinary team providing quality, evidence-based, person-centred physiotherapy clinical care in a designated caseload.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-quality physiotherapy services to patients in a variety of settings, including outpatients, acute inpatients, sub-acute inpatients, and community-based rehabilitation.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments and develop treatment plans that address the physical, emotional, and social needs of patients.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Recognized degree in Physiotherapy with full, unlimited AHPRA physiotherapy registration.
- Current Victorian (or equivalent) Drivers Licence.
- Broad clinical physiotherapy experience, ideally including in a hospital setting.
- Excellent clinical, time management, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
- Compassionate, flexible, and positive approach to effective patient care and management.
