Job Opportunity: Customer Service Officer / Inventory Coordinator
\The position is located in sunny Townsville, on Bindal and Wulgurukaba land, and requires a positive attitude, active listening skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to think on your feet.
\Key Responsibilities:
\- Ensure accurate operation of electronic and manual inventory stock management system.
- Instruct and train staff as required to ensure quality standards are maintained.
- Plan and control work activities, including resource allocation and time management.
- Maintain all technical publications relevant to the operation of the Inventory Office.
- Build and maintain relationships with internal and external clients.
- Demonstrate a personal commitment to health and safety.
Requirements:
\- Relevant experience in a similar environment.
- Excellent communication skills at all levels.
- Knowledge of inventory management systems would be desirable.
- Experience within the Defence and/or Logistics environment would be highly advantageous.
Additional Information:
\A Defence security clearance is required for this role. Applicants must be Australian citizens and eligible to obtain and maintain an appropriate clearance.
