Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned leader to oversee the daily operations of our retail store, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction and maximizing sales potential.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Maintain high standards of visual merchandising and store presentation.
  • Lead and mentor a team of up to 25 members, fostering a culture of excellent customer service and sales skills.
  • Coordinate with stock allocators to optimize inventory levels and make the most of available floor space.
  • Compile and review sales reports, staff rotas, and team compliance documents.
Necessary Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated leadership experience and ability to empower teams for success.
  • A strong focus on customers, coupled with extensive knowledge of the retail industry and a commitment to excellence.
  • Prior experience in retail or hospitality is preferred but not required; attitude and aptitude are highly valued.
