About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to play a key role in our complete order to cash process. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring payment to agreed terms, cash collection, and management of aged debt claims and credit risk.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development of Credit Control operations, driving down aged debt and improving overall DSO figures.
- Ensure all accounts are reconciled, and all queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently, including facilitating payment of overdue invoices.
- Manage and ensure all customers' outstanding debts are monitored and collected in accordance with authorized payment terms and targets.
- Ensure credit limits are adhered to, and credit limit reviews are conducted.
- 2-3 years' experience working in an Accounts Receivable role.
- Previous customer service experience is preferable.
- Proven experience in effective negotiation and communication, both oral and written.
- Exposure to modern ERP financial systems (e.g., JD Edwards) would be advantageous.
