About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Credit Controller to play a key role in our complete order to cash process. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for ensuring payment to agreed terms, cash collection, and management of aged debt claims and credit risk.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of Credit Control operations, driving down aged debt and improving overall DSO figures.
  • Ensure all accounts are reconciled, and all queries are dealt with promptly and efficiently, including facilitating payment of overdue invoices.
  • Manage and ensure all customers' outstanding debts are monitored and collected in accordance with authorized payment terms and targets.
  • Ensure credit limits are adhered to, and credit limit reviews are conducted.
What You'll Bring
  • 2-3 years' experience working in an Accounts Receivable role.
  • Previous customer service experience is preferable.
  • Proven experience in effective negotiation and communication, both oral and written.
  • Exposure to modern ERP financial systems (e.g., JD Edwards) would be advantageous.
