Finance Professional Wanted

KIN Finance is seeking a skilled Mortgage Broker to fill a key role in our expanding business. With a strong client base and established brand, this opportunity offers the ideal platform for someone looking to drive their career forward.

The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing clients' financial positions and property goals to provide tailored mortgage solutions. They will also advise on home loans, refinancing, and investment finance, as well as source and negotiate mortgage solutions with lenders to secure the best outcomes for clients.

A key aspect of this role will be managing applications from submission through to settlement, ensuring seamless processes and exceptional client service. The ideal candidate will be able to guide clients through complex financial products and paperwork, maintaining accurate documentation and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

We are looking for a highly motivated individual with experience in finance, lending, or recent completion of a relevant diploma. Strong communication and client service skills, as well as detail-orientated, proactive, and goal-driven approach, are essential. The ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders and think critically and creatively will also be valuable assets.

Multilingual skills are highly regarded, particularly Mandarin. A Cert IV in Finance & Mortgage Broking and MFAA membership are preferred but not essential (support available). This is an exciting opportunity for someone looking to make a meaningful impact in their career.

Key Responsibilities:
