Greenstaff HomeCare provides clients with tailored care and support, including Disability Support, NDIS Daily Living Care, Specialised Nursing Support and Ongoing/Complex Care.

We are an all-service homecare agency that employs highly trained support staff and nurses to assist our participants in achieving their individual goals and enhancing their health and wellbeing at home and participation in the community.

Based in Melbourne, we require a Male Greek speaking Disability Support Worker to provide high-quality healthcare support to our NDIS participant. The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our client to achieve their individual goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in social and community activities
  • Visit places of interest
  • Keep accurate records and complete progress notes
  • Work within the 7 Elements of the NDIS Code of Conduct

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Relevant Qualifications in Disability (min Cert III)
  • Must speak Greek
  • 2 years industry experience preferred
  • NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Proof of vaccinations
  • Working with Children and Police Check Clearances
  • Eligibility and right to work in Australia
  • Ability to provide care 1:1 ratio
  • Experience understanding support plans
  • Experience working within the NDIS framework
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
  • Drivers Licence
