Sales Support Coordinator
About the Role:REVL Training is seeking a highly organized and proactive sales support professional to join our Sales team. In this role, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to drive the sales process, ensure seamless operations, and support franchise and direct sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead Management: Track and manage sales leads in CRM systems, ensuring prospects are effectively followed up with and transition smoothly through the sales pipeline. Maintain accurate records of prospect status and outcomes.
- Sales Document Preparation: Assist in preparing, organizing, and distributing sales documents such as proposals, contracts, and product/service details. Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and other key sales metrics.
- Sales Process Coordination: Support the sales team by coordinating the sales process, from initial prospect contact to closing deals. This includes scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and processed in a timely manner.
- Data Management: Keep CRM systems updated with accurate, current information on leads, prospects, and customers. Ensure the sales team has access to updated and clean data to aid in their sales efforts.
- Customer Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for customers and potential clients throughout the sales process. Handle inquiries, schedule meetings, and support the team by providing follow-up communications and necessary documentation.
- Event Support: Provide logistical support for sales-related events, including franchise expos, conferences, webinars, and product demonstrations. Help organize, execute, and follow up on events, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective clients and attendees.
- Analytics and Reporting: Assist in compiling and analyzing sales data, providing actionable insights to help improve sales strategies. Produce regular reports on lead status, sales targets, and outcomes to track team performance.
- Quality Improvement: Collect customer feedback from prospects and clients during and after the sales process to identify opportunities for improvement. Work with the team to incorporate this feedback into future sales strategies.
- Experience: At least 1-2 years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service.
- Skills: Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) and basic understanding of sales processes. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients, sales teams, and cross-functional partners in a professional manner.
- Qualities: Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously. Excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation, reporting, and communication.
- CRM Experience: Previous experience using CRM tools to manage leads and sales data.
- Event Coordination: Familiarity with organizing sales events such as expos, trade shows, or customer meetings.
- Fitness Industry Knowledge: A passion for the fitness industry and knowledge of REVL's products and services would be beneficial.
