We are seeking a highly organized and proactive sales professional to join our team. As an Entry-Level Sales Coordinator, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the sales team, helping to drive the sales process, ensure seamless operations, and support franchise and direct sales initiatives.
About the Role
You will collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline processes, maintain accurate records, and contribute to our growth across multiple channels.
- Support the sales team by tracking and managing sales leads in the CRM system, ensuring that prospects are effectively followed up with and transition smoothly through the sales pipeline.
- Assist in preparing, organizing, and distributing sales documents such as proposals, contracts, and product/service details.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, lead conversion rates, and other key sales metrics.
- Support the sales team by coordinating the sales process, from initial prospect contact to closing deals.
- Keep CRM systems updated with accurate, current information on leads, prospects, and customers.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and potential clients throughout the sales process.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales support, administrative roles, or customer service.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and basic understanding of sales processes.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and competing priorities simultaneously.
