Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the design of urban development projects, including residential, commercial, and industrial subdivision developments.
  • Manage design projects, bids/tenders, and project manage significant urban development projects.
  • Mentor and develop junior engineers to ensure the delivery of innovative, practical, and sustainable solutions.
  • Drive innovative and sustainable urban design, meeting client objectives and company standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in urban land development design.
  • Experience and exposure to design management, bids/tender development, and people management.
  • RPEQ Certification or the ability to obtain this.
  • Good understanding of 12D design.
  • Australian working rights required.
