We are seeking a highly skilled Senior QA Engineer to join our data migration team. You will be part of a cross-functional team responsible for quality assurance of data migration and data reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities
  • Quality Assurance of solutions developed in a data migration team
  • Plan, Prepare, Execute and Report Quality Assurance using superannuation registry systems and SQL tools
  • Analyze test requirements, design and prepare manual and automated test scenarios and scripts which provide comprehensive coverage of given requirements
  • Generate test metrics & ROI to utilize them for process and efficiency improvements
  • Build complex SQL queries to build automation scripts for data migration and reconciliation requirements
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across environments
  • Triage and retest defects raised outside data migration team
  • Plan and execute go-live data migration testing and reconciliation activities
  • Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and estimation
Requirements
  • Experienced Senior Data Migration QA Engineer with solid background in both manual and automated testing
  • Proven track record of leading complex testing projects
  • Proficient in tools such as JIRA, Xray, TOSCA, Postman, and SQL
  • Strong working experience in large scale data migration and reconciliation
  • Strong understanding of ETL processes, data mapping, and transformation validation
  • Strong hands-on experience with manual and automated testing and reporting
  • Hands-on experience with MS SQL Server, data profiling tools, and test automation frameworks
  • Familiarity with data reconciliation techniques
  • Knowledge of data governance, privacy, and compliance standards
  • Excellent analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills
  • Experience in the superannuation industry or a similar financial sector to minimize the learning curve and quickly contribute to the team
