Sephora is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Floor Manager to join our team in our Chadstone Store. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for leading the store team in delivering an exceptional client experience and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities- Lead by example and embody the Sephora DNA of delivering a curated, innovative prestige beauty experience.
- Drive a selling culture to exceed KPIs and consistently raise the performance and capability of your team through coaching and supporting their growth and development.
- Utilize and interpret reporting data to support operational decisions and work closely with the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, and fellow team members.
- Facilitate open communication with your team and provide effective feedback and consistent communication with the Management team.
- Serve as the point of contact when being the Manager in Charge (MIC) for client and cast member matters within a fast-paced environment.
- Previous retail management experience across areas of managing profit and loss, sales forecasting, people management & training, stock control, and visual merchandising.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
- A hands-on leader who loves being on the sales floor to motivate, coach, and help store team members succeed.
- Passionate about excellent client service and experiential retail to ensure the store represents the Sephora brand.
- Drive for results with a history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs.
