Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Electrical Engineering Leader to join our team.

  • Mobilise and lead a team of engineers and para-professionals, providing guidance and mentorship.
  • Conduct technical assessments to resolve electrical engineering issues during shipbuilding, including cable reeving, optical fiber, and conduit management.
  • Act as an interface between the Production Engineering team, Ship Management, and Operations stakeholders, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Develop and maintain repair threshold documents in collaboration with design authorities and stakeholders, ensuring functional integrity of the HCF design.

As the Electrical Engineering Leader, you will be responsible for providing technical expertise, leadership, and guidance to resolve shipbuilding issues and enable production trades within your domain. This is a key role that requires strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Technical Leadership: Provide technical direction and guidance to the team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and goals.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Production Engineering, Ship Management, and Operations, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication.
  • Problem-Solving: Conduct technical assessments to resolve electrical engineering issues, identifying root causes and implementing effective solutions.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain repair threshold documents, ensuring functional integrity of the HCF design.
