Job Overview:The Site Administration Officer role is a newly created opportunity within our Renewable Projects team based at our King Rocks Wind Farm site.
This position plays a vital part in supporting the successful delivery of renewable energy construction projects by providing high-quality administrative support to the site-based management team.
Working closely with project leaders, contractors, and service providers, the Site Administration Officer ensures smooth day-to-day operations through effective coordination of documentation, logistics, procurement, and financial processes.
This role requires someone who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys being at the heart of project activity.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide administrative support to the site-based Renewable Projects team, ensuring compliance and efficient operation.
- Manage site documentation and correspondence using Synergy's systems.
- Coordinate procurement and financial processes, including contract administration and invoice management.
- Support site logistics, team mobilisation, and accommodation arrangements.
- Liaise with contractors and stakeholders to ensure timely communication and resolution of administrative matters.
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in an administrative environment, with strong document management skills and proficiency in Microsoft Office software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced project environment.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and time management abilities are essential.
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team, with a customer-focused mindset.
- Demonstrated awareness of stakeholder expectations and professional approach to engagement.
