Job Summary:

We are seeking a driven professional to lead the tendering process for our commercial division. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and managing the team's tender capability, identifying and pursuing procurement opportunities across government and enterprise sectors.

Tender Management Role

The Tender Management Lead will play a critical role in ensuring timely and accurate submissions, developing pricing models and commercial strategies aligned with business profitability targets. This position requires excellent communication skills, strong coordination and stakeholder engagement abilities, as well as high organizational skills with sharp attention to detail.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead the tendering function for our commercial division
  • Identify and pursue procurement opportunities across government and enterprise sectors
  • Develop pricing models and commercial strategies aligned with business profitability targets
  • Ensure all responses meet compliance, legal and submission requirements
  • Manage internal workflows and documentation to support timely and accurate submissions
  • Track tender outcomes, report on performance and implement improvements to increase win rates

Requirements:

  • University Degree qualified in a relevant field (Commerce, Business or similar)
  • Experience in commercial sales, business development or account management
  • Experience in government or B2B procurement processes - tender experience preferred
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
  • Highly organized with sharp attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities and tight deadlines
