The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Providing clinical leadership and expertise in mental health and housing liaison
  • Developing and implementing strategies to improve housing outcomes for consumers
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to strengthen partnerships and service delivery
  • Liaising with consumers, carers, and families to provide support and guidance

You will also be expected to contribute to quality improvement initiatives, education, and training programs, and participate in research and evaluation activities to inform practice and policy.
