About the Role

This is a full-time on-site position for an experienced Project Manager located in Adelaide, SA. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day project operations, managing project timelines, coordinating with team members, contractors and suppliers, and ensuring compliance of employees to safety, building and legal regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Define project objectives, scope, roles & responsibilities.
  • Manage resource requirements and availability & allocation - both internal and third party.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to schedule key project milestones, workstreams & activities.
  • Manage delivery of the project according to this plan.
  • Track project status and provide regular reports to the project team and stakeholders.
  • Manage and adjust for any changes in project scope, schedule and / or budget.
  • Identify and mitigate potential risks.
  • Evaluate adherence to quality and safety standards.
  • Ensure effective communication with clients and all stakeholders.
Requirements
  • Project Management skills, including timeline management and coordination
  • Experience with expediting processes and logistics management
  • Strong inspection skills and adherence to quality and safety standards
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work on-site in Adelaide, SA
  • Relevant certifications in project management are a plus
  • Minimum of 3-5 years experience in a similar role within the commercial and industrial sector
