Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with leaders to synchronize HR outcomes with business objectives.
- Provide authoritative HR guidance and coaching on all matters related to employees.
- Offer visionary leadership in talent acquisition, performance management, industrial relations, reward systems, change management, and diversity and inclusion.
- Develop innovative HR solutions for complex business challenges in partnership with our Centers of Expertise.
- Support critical negotiations and strategy development in industrial relations.

- Lead and support large-scale change management initiatives that drive organizational transformation.
- Oversee the digitization of HR processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Implement strategies to boost gender participation and diversity in the workforce.
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role within FMCG or supply chain industries is highly desirable.
- Excellent business partnering skills and ability to act as a trusted advisor are essential.
- Strong knowledge of industrial relations laws and regulations is mandatory.
- Proven track record of leading cultural change and transformation initiatives is required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are necessary for influencing business leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to implement a strategy and influence key decision-makers is crucial.
