Job Title: Strategic Project Analyst

The role of a strategic project analyst is pivotal in driving business growth and shaping organisational futures.

This position involves delivering analytics and reporting to enhance people initiatives, with opportunities to lead smaller projects from planning through to execution.

  • Analyse HR data and prepare reports for leadership and board papers
  • Design and develop presentations that communicate key messages effectively
  • Lead and support people-related projects, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver project outcomes
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes and improve efficiency
Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in human resources or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills preferably with experience in HR data and systems
  • 3–5 years' experience supporting leaders within a large, complex organisation
  • Ability to manage projects, meet deadlines, and deliver high-quality outcomes
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
