Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create personalized experiences for our customers
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs through effective sales strategies and product knowledge
  • Complete in-house training to stay up-to-date with product knowledge, sales skills, and policies & procedures
  • Perform operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
